Peter Barry is a second generation winemaker, graduating in 1983 from Roseworthy College. Peter became managing director in 1985, embarking on a steady expansion program of the company’s vineyards and the development of export markets.
Tom and Olivia
Tom Barry is a third generation winemaker following in his father and grandfather’s footsteps in graduating with an oenology degree from Roseworthy in 2010. In September 2013 Tom was named the Gourmet Wine Traveller – Young Winemaker of the Year.
Sam and Millie
Sam Barry joined the family winery in 2012 as commercial manager, whilst still completing his commerce degree at Adelaide University. Sam is heavily involved in the marketing and sales and distribution of Jim Barry nationally and internationally.
Olivia
Olivia Barry began working at the winery in 2009 in a part time cellar door role whilst completing her communications and media degree at the University of South Australia. Olivia is currently working in London to work for Negociants UK as an ambassador for Jim Barry.
